"We closed on our home last week with Lauren representing us. She communicated, communicated, communicated and communicated with us! Need I say more ! She kept us informed throughout the process, was prompt in replying to our texted questions and requests, anticipated our needs in advance (such as providing a complete list with numbers and addresses of the utility companies we needed to contact) and attended the closing. She contacted us post closing in case there remained any questions or items we needed assistance with.
